Meet Major...

Major is my friends Sonia & Jason's little boy! I have know Sonia since high school and we both work at Crestwood. Sonia called me on Thurs. about doing some pictures of Major and we luckily had an opening on Sat. She some how managed to get him a monogrammed outfit in a day!! I don't know how she did it, but she did! Michael has been trying some new textures on some of our recent pics, hope you like 'em!:) Enjoy Major's sneak peeks!!

Zack & Laura... Monte Sano engagement...

I have known Zack, Shannon's cousin, for a long time. We first met when Shannon and I started dating. He was just a young boy then and now he is getting married!! Wow I feel old! Anyways, we decided to do their engagement session on Monte Sano, which is where he and Laura are getting married in the summer. Pajama Party...

So we decided to set up an old antique bed out in the middle of a field instead of going to an old church for our X-mas sessions. All I can say is WOW and I'm so glad we changed our minds!! These pics turned out AWESOME!! Meet Bailey and Brett. These are two of the most adorable girls ever and they were so easy to work with. I think it was because of the Alabama shirt haha. Enjoy these sneak peeks and by the way if there is anyone else who would like to get in on one of our X-mas sessions, we still have one opening this coming weekend. We will setup the bed again!!! November Special...

We know times are tough due to the economy and Christmas!! So our special for this month is going to save you $$$$! If you order $100, you save $25!! For example, if you order $100 you only pay $75!! This applies only to orders placed in the month of November! It does NOT apply to any of the Special Sessions (ex. Christmas Sessions)! 
On another note, our X-mas sessions filled up quickly! Thanks to all of you! Those of you who were lucky enough to get in on it, we have a lot of great things planned! We decided to do the sessions at our house instead of the church in Gurley. We have a barn, fields, and plenty of beautiful surroundings for pictures! We can move the pics indoors, if needed! We are also going to set up an antique bed which will be perfect for x-mas P.J.s!! We have tons more things!! Can't wait to post pics! 
And finally, our website should be up and running by the end of the week! (Fingers crossed!!:) We will keep you posted on that!! My wonderful cousin, Zack has been working on it and he is doing an AWESOME job! It is going to be the BEST!!:) We really appreciate all his hard work!! Thanks!!!

2009 MCHS Homecoming...

I was asked a few weeks ago to Madison County High's homecoming. I had one mom that wanted pictures of her daughter cheer leading while the other mom wanted some of her daughter that was in the homecoming court. Since I really only specialize in natural light photography, I was a little apprehensive. But I thought this would give me some more experience using my flash. So I decided to go through with it. It was a great atmosphere at the game even tough my tigers came up a little short in the end. So here are a few i took.
